As part of their exciting growth journey, they are looking for an experienced EMEA Planning Manager to lead the Planning function and help shape the next stage of success.This is a permanent position with strong potential to evolve and grow for the right, ambitious candidate offering a genuine opportunity to develop and progress within a global business.Planning Manager - The Role:You ll lead the EMEA Planning team, ensuring manufacturing and inventory plans deliver on-time, in-full performance to customers while optimising efficiency and cost. You ll be central to how the company run and evolve their planning processes balancing strategic oversight with hands-on leadership.Key Responsibilities: Lead, motivate, and develop the EMEA Planning team, setting clear priorities and driving performance.Manage and optimise inventory levels across raw materials, WIP, and finished goods.Take ownership of the supply plan for the company s high-value product range, including third-party suppliers.Enhance planning capability through improved systems, processes, and data insights.Lead the supply step of the company s global SandOP process.Build strong relationships with Operations, Commercial, Logistics, and Finance teams.Champion the effective use and ..... full job details .....
