Salary up to -50,000 (DOE)

The Role
As Planning Manager, you''ll lead a team of 4 planners (shift and SOP) and play a pivotal role in shaping the planning function.
You''ll:
Manage and coach the team, bringing structure and confidence
Drive improvements to planning processes (currently Excel-based)
Support the move towards a new ERP system implementation
Work closely with senior stakeholders to ensure efficiency and service delivery
About You
Strong background in planning within food, fresh produce or FMCG
Experience leading a team in a fast-paced environment
Confident in implementing systems and process improvements (ERP experience desirable)
Collaborative, people-focused leader with a hands-on approach
