Job Title - Planning Manager Location - Gloucester Projects - Major Construction Project About the Job We are recruiting for a Planning Manager to join our client and assist in the conversion and construction of one of their major public sector projects in Gloucester, Gloucestershire. As a Planning Manager, you will manage the planning and monitoring of large and complex projects, either independently or as part of a project planning team, potentially from bid stage through to completion. You will work closely with the Project and Operations teams to develop the most efficient project methodology and programme, and then support the execution of the plan to ensure timely delivery of bids and projects. Key Responsibilities Develop, in conjunction with the Project Team, the project planning, programme, and delivery strategy for both bids and live projects. Collaborate with the project team to develop pre-construction and construction methodologies to ensure the most efficient and effective project delivery. Develop the project plan, programme, and Planning Report in accordance with established planning procedures. Provide experience-based solutions for project delivery for consideration by the Project Team. Report project progress at regular intervals against contractual and delivery programmes, or other nominated schedules.
