You''ll manage planning applications, discharge planning conditions and secure amendments to existing permissions. Working closely with local authorities, consultants and internal teams, you''ll help keep projects progressing while providing advice on planning risks and opportunities. Key Responsibilities Manage planning applications, conditions and amendments, including Section 73 and Section 96A. Provide planning advice in line with UK legislation and local policies.
