Planning Lawyer

Vivid Resourcing are working with a shared service in the South-West of the country who need a Planning Lawyer to join their team.

Day-to-day responsibilities include handling a caseload of:

• Section 106 obligations
• Development management matters
• Planning enforcement
• Local plans
• Community infrastructure levy

The ideal candidate will be:

• Able to attend fortnightly planning committees
• A qualified solicitor (SRA or CILEX)

Hours per week: 37

Office presence: Remote bar committees
