Planning Engineer Offshore Wind / TandI Rate: £55 £65 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Location: South West London office Contract: 12 months IR35: Outside IR35 Right to Work: Candidates must have the right to work in the UK without sponsorship. Ceto Talent is recruiting a Planning Engineer on behalf of a leading international engineering and offshore construction contractor, supporting its Offshore Wind business line. Working closely with the Planning Manager and wider Project Controls team, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining and analysing project schedules, with a particular focus on tendering, offshore Transportation and Installation (TandI) and potentially EPCI projects. This position would suit an experienced Planning Engineer with a strong background in offshore Oil and Gas, offshore wind or major offshore construction projects. Key Responsibilities Develop detailed project schedules in line with contractual requirements and internal planning standards. Review schedule feasibility and identify potential constraints, risks and critical activities. Implement and maintain project planning and progress control systems. Monitor progress against the agreed baseline and identify, analyse and report schedule deviations. Develop and maintain 90-day look-ahead, weekly and monthly schedules.
