MB932: Planning EngineerLocation: WorkingtonSalary: £70,000 + £6,325 car allowanceWorking Hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per weekAdditional Company Benefits: Exceptional Career Development Opportunities, Company Car/Car Allowance (Depending on job grade), Pension matched up to 8%, 25 days annual leave plus holiday (opportunity to buy/sell leave will be implemented from January 2026), Private medical insurance, Free 24/7 EAPOverview:First Military Recruitment is proudly working in partnership with a fantastic national construction business who are looking to recruit a Planning Engineer on a permanent basis due to growth based at their Workington depot.Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare overall programmes, updates and submissions fully compliant with the Contract.Resource loading programmes, preparation of schedules and reports required to support the programme.Review Weekly look ahead programmes provided by Package Managers.Collaboration with other designers, contractors and stakeholders.Feasibility and option selection planning and programmes.Change control, assessment and implementation.Schedule and communicate prelims and temporary works considered necessary to achieve the programme.Allowances in the programme for risk, HSQE, environmental and other constraints.Collaborate with Planning Manager and others to ensure efficient resourcing across multiple projects.Ensure all planning process and procedures are implemented.Plausibility review of own and others programmes. ..... full job details .....
