Planning Engineer - Offshore WindLocation: Kingston upon Thames - Hybrid Contract: 12 months Rate: 425- 450 per day IR35: Outside IR35 Hours: 37.5 hours per week Start Date: ASAPARM is currently supporting a leading global engineering and construction organisation in the recruitment of an experienced Planning Engineer to join their Offshore Wind business.This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project planner with a background in offshore Oil and Gas, offshore wind or major energy projects to support the development and management of complex project schedules, particularly across tendering and project execution phases.The RoleReporting to the Planning Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining project schedules, monitoring progress and identifying potential delays or risks. You will work closely with project teams to ensure schedules remain achievable and that any deviations are identified and addressed promptly.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain project schedules in accordance with contractual requirements and internal standards.Review schedule feasibility, constraints and critical activities, highlighting potential issues.Implement effective planning and progress control systems.Monitor project performance and identify, analyse and report schedule deviations.Produce and maintain 90-day look-ahead, weekly and monthly schedules.Support the Project Control Manager with project status reporting.Provide Time Impact Analysis to support ..... full job details .....
