This is a key role responsible for coordinating customer orders and planning deliveries to ensure excellent levels of service while maximising resource and vehicle utilisation.You will need to be solution-focused, calm under pressure and highly organised, with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively with customers, drivers, resource teams and internal stakeholders.About the role:You will take responsibility for the day-to-day planning and coordination of deliveries, ensuring customer requirements are met safely, efficiently and within agreed service levels.Key responsibilities will include: Manage customer orders, delivery schedules and stock levels to meet agreed service requirements.Liaise with customers, resource teams and control teams to effectively match supply with demand.
