I''m currently working with a well-established and highly respected planning and development consultancy that is looking to expand its team with the addition of a talented Town Planner in their Wilmslow office.

The Role

As a Town Planner, you will play a key role in supporting and managing a variety of planning projects from inception through to determination. You''ll be working alongside experienced professionals, gaining exposure to a diverse portfolio and contributing to successful project outcomes.

Key responsibilities include:

• Preparing and submitting planning applications and appeals
• Conducting site appraisals and planning research
• Engaging with clients, local authorities, and stakeholders
• Supporting senior team members on complex projects
• Monitoring planning policy and legislative changes

About You

• Degree qualified in Town Planning or a related discipline
• Working towards or already MRTPI qualified (or equivalent)
• Previous experience in either consultancy or local authority
• Strong report writing and communication skills
• A proactive and commercially aware approach
