Our client, a forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Planning Assistant to join their team to help support through a period of restructure.
As a Planning Assistant, you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of asset and network maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing Maintenance Plans: utilise D365 or similar systems to effectively plan and oversee asset and network maintenance.
- Scheduling Field Engineers: optimise scheduling to minimise downtime and enhance efficiency.
- Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth maintenance, upgrades, and project execution.
- Data-Driven Decisions: analyse data to inform maintenance and investment decisions, ensuring optimal performance.
- Work Scheduling: Create work schedules, allocate resources, and manage budgets effectively.
- Reporting: Regularly report on performance and future initiatives to senior management.
- Emergency Planning: Contribute to emergency planning and business continuity efforts.
- ISO Standards: Uphold company policies and maintain ISO standards.
