The University of Bath is seeking to appoint a Planning and Project Manager (internally titled Executive Officer) within the Advancement Office. This position will play an important role in contributing to the ambitious plans for alumni and supporter engagement and philanthropy at Bath, working within a supportive, friendly, and dedicated team. The Executive Officer has three key areas of responsibility: Project and programme management: oversee projects across the department to ensure quality delivery and cohesiveness. The Executive Officer will independently manage projects themselves and will monitor compliance and effective risk management across all projects. Governance: deliver effective governance for key boards and committees. Recruitment and onboarding: support Advancement hiring managers with excellent end-to-end recruitment processes, helping us to attract brilliant candidates.
