Planning and Performance PMO

A leading telecommunications organisation is currently seeking an experienced Planning and Performance PMO to join their Networks function. This role will sit within a high-impact PMO environment, driving demand management, planning, portfolio performance, and data-driven decision making across a large, complex organisation.Job Details:Start date: ASAPDuration: until 30/11/2026Rate: up to £511pd Inside IR35 via UmbrellaLocation: LondonHybrid: 2-3 days in the officeKey Requirements:Proven experience within PMO, portfolio planning, or performance management roles in large, complex organisations, ideally in telecommunications environments.Strong capability in demand management and prioritisation, ensuring initiatives are aligned to business objectives, funding and capacity.Experience owning annual planning cycles, change control processes, and portfolio-level governance frameworks.Strong analytical mindset, with the ability to use data to drive insight, decision-making and performance improvement.Experience producing high-quality portfolio reporting, dashboards and KPI frameworks for senior stakeholders.Strong financial management capability, including tracking spend, forecasting, and ensuring alignment to funded activity.Excellent stakeholder management skills, acting as a single point of contact across business units, influencing and aligning priorities.Ability to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvement, and implement new ways of working across teams.Strong ..... full job details .....
