This new team is responsible for shaping, evolving and delivering our organisations strategy for achieving our vision, mission and outcomes. It is an exciting time to join us as we work collectively as an organisation on our new 10 year strategy and continue to work to support our Armed Forces community now and into the future. Reporting directly to our new Director: Strategy, Planning and Insight, this role will see you supporting organisational planning, performance insight and evidence-based decision-making across the function. You will bring together planning, operational and performance information from multiple sources, interpret what the data is indicating, identify risks, trends and areas for improvement, and translate findings into clear reporting outputs that inform management action.
