This is an excellent opportunity to take on varied and engaging work within a supportive environment, while benefiting from flexible hybrid working.Responsibilities

Advise and attend planning committee meetings twice monthlyDraft and negotiate Section 106 and Section 20 agreementsProvide legal advice on planning notices, inquiries, and enforcement mattersDeliver up-to-date advice and guidance on planning law to the planning departmentAbout You

A valid practising certificateStrong experience in planning law, ideally within local governmentProven track record in drafting and negotiating Section 106 agreementsAbility to provide clear and pragmatic advice on a range of planning issuesWillingness to attend in-person planning committees (twice monthly)Hours: 37.5 per week (7.5 hours per day, Mon-Fri) with an early finish on FridaysRate: CompetitiveLocation: Northern Home Counties, rural area.
