Your RoleAs a key part of our Business Support team, you''ll provide vital administrative support to keep operations running smoothly, such as:
Handling calls, emails, and correspondence professionally
Scheduling meetings and maintaining diaries for operatives
Updating systems and managing documentation
Supporting onboarding and internal coordination
Liaising with teams to ensure timely and efficient service delivery
Conducting customer satisfaction surveys and following up on enquiries
Assisting with compliance and resource planning to deliver efficient and innovative services every day
What We Need From You
Good level of education
Strong administrative experience and attention to detail
Confidence using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Access)
Experience working with databases and scheduling tools (Opti-Time desirable)
Ability to manage deadlines and prioritise effectively
Great communication skills and a customer-focused approach
A flexible, team-oriented attitude and willingness to adapt to change
Initiative and problem-solving skills to support continuous improvement
Experience gained within a social housing environment is advantageous
