You will use this data to support you with placing orders on suppliers for ingredients, packaging and consumables to support out manufacturing operations, with an understanding of lead times, stock holding and minimum order quantities. The main responsibilities include : Working alongside the Demand Planner maintaining the masterdata for SKUS, creating new SKUS and adjusting BOMs when anything existing is changed. Monitor and report on important changes in sales forecasts and conduct weekly forecast maintenance. Review item forecasts for new, existing, and discontinued products.
