On offer is a permanent position with a well-established fresh produce grower and food manufacturer, where you will receive full training on their harvest planning systems and processes, plus ongoing development across farm, factory and crop planning activities. You will be joining a business known for its quality and operational standards, working closely with the Crop Planning Manager and wider teams to ensure accurate, up-to-date data supports harvesting operations and factory performance. In this role you will maintain harvest, yield, quality and stock records, support rolling 4-week harvest and sampling plans, produce performance summaries and weekly comparisons, and help maintain traceability and compliance records.
