I''m currently recruiting for an organised and proactive Planner to join a busy, fast-paced team based in Winchester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in a scheduling and coordination role, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service.

As a Planner, you''ll be responsible for coordinating a team of multi-skilled engineers and the wider supply chain, ensuring works are scheduled efficiently while maintaining high service standards and meeting operational targets.

• Plan and manage engineers'' diaries to maximise productivity and operational efficiency.
• Coordinate daily schedules, ensuring appointments and resources are allocated effectively.
• Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure service level agreements and deadlines are met.
• Produce regular performance reports and analyse operational data.
• Liaise with customers, engineers, supervisors, and internal departments to provide updates and resolve scheduling queries.
• Support site teams by ensuring work is planned and delivered efficiently.
• Identify opportunities to improve planning processes and operational performance.
• Handle customer enquiries professionally, providing excellent service at all times.
• Ensure scheduling activities are carried out in line with health and safety requirements.

To be successful in this role, you''ll have:

• Previous experience in a planning, scheduling or coordination role.
• Strong IT skills, including a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A customer-focused approach with good commercial awareness.
• Experience producing reports and managing work schedules.
• A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential.
