This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced planning professional with a background in civil engineering or utilities to support both pre-construction and project delivery on a long-term infrastructure programme.   The Opportunity   You''ll work closely with estimating, commercial and operational teams to develop, maintain and monitor project programmes from tender stage through to delivery.
