The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and coordinating drainage and groundwork maintenance and repair works, ensuring operatives are scheduled efficiently while delivering an excellent service to clients and residents. This role requires someone with previous planning or scheduling experience within social housing and a strong understanding of drainage and groundwork operations. You will play a key role in ensuring works are completed within agreed service level agreements (SLAs), maximising productivity and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
