This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong planning, scheduling or repairs administration experience who is looking for a long-term opportunity with the potential to become permanent.The RoleAs a Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently and customers and operatives are kept updated throughout the process.Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:Planning and scheduling repairs and maintenance worksAllocating jobs to operatives and managing diariesLiaising with operatives, tenants, contractors and internal teamsManaging workloads and prioritising urgent repairsMonitoring outstanding jobs and ensuring works are completed within agreed timescalesUpdating internal systems with accurate job and appointment informationDealing with queries from customers and operativesEnsuring appointments are booked efficiently and communicated clearlyProviding general administrative support to the repairs and maintenance teamAbout YouWe are looking for someone who:Has previous experience within repairs, maintenance, housing or property servicesHas experience in a planning, scheduling or coordination roleIs confident dealing with a busy workload ..... full job details .....
