Your ability to balance priorities, manage resources, and keep things moving will mean families experience minimal disruption and maximum care.What You''ll DoSchedule and coordinate responsive repairs, planned works, and maintenance tasks for our housing stock.Allocate jobs to operatives and contractors based on skills, location, and availability, ensuring optimal efficiency.Monitor progress in real time, reassigning work as needed to meet deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs).Liaise with residents to confirm appointments, provide updates, and handle rescheduling with empathy and professionalism.Use our housing management and scheduling systems (e.g., DRS, Oneserve, or similar) to track and report on job status.Work closely with supervisors, surveyors, and customer service ..... full job details .....
