This is a busy, fast-paced role focused on the day-to-day planning and coordination of repairs and maintenance works across occupied properties. You ll be responsible for managing operative diaries, booking appointments, monitoring jobs and making sure works are scheduled efficiently and completed within agreed timescales. Key Responsibilities Planning and scheduling daily workloads for operatives and subcontractors. Managing diaries to maximise productivity and minimise travel time. Allocating repairs, maintenance and planned works. Booking and rearranging appointments with residents. Monitoring job progress and arranging follow-on works where required.
