Role OverviewAs a Town Planner / Senior Town Planner, you will be a key member of the planning team, contributing to project delivery and client engagement across the full planning lifecycle.Key ResponsibilitiesLead or support the preparation and submission of planning applications, appeals and supporting documentation.Provide pragmatic planning advice to clients across residential, commercial, mixed-use and strategic land projects.Advise on planning strategy, policy interpretation, risk management and negotiation with local planning authorities.Contribute to site appraisals, community engagement and development plan ..... full job details .....
