Ensures schedule quality (logic, clarity) and accuracy (update of dates, reflexion of the scope of supply). Coordination: Collaborates with engineering and sourcing functions in order to update the schedule based on their inputs. Also, collaborated with other planners on the project, especially the fabrication planner on site and to some extent also the product line planners and the lead EPC planner. Project management support: As the right hand man of the project manager and as such provides visibility on (1) look ahead of tasks to be performed in the 4 - 12 weeks (2) risks in schedules and mitigation actions (3) opportunities in the schedule.
