The successful candidate will support the delivery of EICR (Electrical Installation Condition Report) and remedial works contracts across occupied social housing properties, ensuring engineers are scheduled efficiently and works are completed within client service level agreements. Key Responsibilities Schedule and coordinate electrical engineers for EICR inspections and remedial works. Manage daily diaries and optimise engineer productivity. Liaise with tenants, housing providers, and operatives to arrange appointments. Monitor job progress and ensure works are completed within agreed timescales.
