Job PurposeRepairs planner; managing direct labour and supply chain works and front line customer contactTo provide an efficient planning and scheduling service for repairs, maintenance, and property-related activities across Sutton Housing Partnership''s housing stock.The Planner is responsible for coordinating appointments, allocating resources, monitoring work progress, and ensuring that services are delivered effectively while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.We are looking for a team of two individuals to manage the DLO and supply chain and drive productivity of operatives and maintain a high level of communication with our customers.ResponsibilitiesPlanning and SchedulingSchedule responsive repairs, void works, planned maintenance, and inspection appointmentsAllocate work to operatives and contractors based on skills, availability, location, and priorityOptimise daily schedules to maximise productivity and minimise travel timeMonitor work queues and adjust schedules to meet service targets and performance standardsEnsure emergency and urgent repairs are prioritised appropriatelyCustomer ServiceAct as a key point of contact for residents regarding repair appointments and service updatesCommunicate appointment details, changes, and delays in a professional and timely mannerResolve scheduling issues and customer queries efficientlySupport the delivery of excellent customer service in line with SHP standardsPerformance MonitoringTrack and monitor progress ..... full job details .....
