In this key position, you will work directly alongside estimating and delivery teams to drive planning excellence and maintain strict control standards across all project phases.You will be instrumental in setting construction logic, maintaining critical paths, protecting commercial interests, and embedding a strong collaborative planning culture from tender through to site completion.Key ResponsibilitiesPlanning and Operational Strategy: Support pre-construction and live delivery teams by defining robust project schedules, optimal construction methodologies, and target outputs while ensuring Health and Safety standards are fully integrated into all planning workflows.Win Work (Tender Phase): Produce project plan animations to support 4D digital rehearsals during the bidding stage and review tender programmes to guarantee strict compliance with client requirements.Do Work (Project Delivery): Champion a collaborative planning culture focused on regular weekly updates and performance metrics. Track critical path activities and key milestones, proactively identifying operational risks and leading mitigation sessions.
