Working to a-high standard of accuracy. The ability to communicate clearly & in a timely manner, whilst prioritising according to department deadlines. Main Responsibilities for the Planner: OTIF led by the capacity plan Optimising product/machine routing to minimise make-readies between sizes/styles. Use ERP (SPOCS) to identify constraints in future periods; balance uneven production demands and identify potential capacity resource constraints with manpower. Adjustment of machine availability pending shift changes (eg. Seasonal / demand) Develop process to foresee challenges to scheduling with Operations Manager by tracking output. Provide KPI data and output reports to Operations Manager such as ACTUAL vs estimated output. Liaise/coordinate with sales & supply chain, ensuring materials/plan satisfy delivery date.
