Due to continued growth, they''re looking to add a talented Town Planner to their dynamic and collaborative team.

• A competitive salary (up to -38,000, depending on experience)

• Preparing planning applications, appeals, and development appraisals

• Ideally 1-3 years'' experience in a planning role (public or private sector)

• RTPI accredited degree or equivalent

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• A proactive, solution-focused mindset

• A genuine interest in the planning system and how it shapes communities
