Town PlannerDerbyAn excellent position has become available for an ambitious Town Planner to join an established multi-disciplinary planning consultancy as part of their Derby based team. The successful Town Planner will have the opportunity to quickly take the step up to Senior Planner and lead a variety of planning applications for residential, rural and commercial developments.To be considered for this role you will:Have a relevant MSc (or equivalent) which is accredited by the RTPIHave a minimum of two years town planning experience, ideally within a consultancy environmentBe a Chartered Member of RTPI (or be working towards this)Have residential and/or rural project experienceWithin the role you will:Preparing a variety of planning applications and appealsUndertaking site development appraisalsLiaising with other internal departmentsSupporting senior staff with the delivery of larger scale planning applicationsDelivering general planning advice to clientsBenefits:Joining an established consultancy with a clear career pathFull benefits package including pension scheme and private healthcareCompetitive starting salaryInterested?
