Planner Exeter Temp-to-PermLocation: ExeterJob Type: Temp-to-PermSalary: £40,000-£55,000 DOE + BenefitsSector: Construction / InfrastructureWe''re recruiting on behalf of a well-established contractor for an experienced Planner to join their project delivery team based in Exeter.This is an excellent opportunity for a Planner from a construction, civil engineering, utilities or infrastructure background to join a growing business with a strong pipeline of work and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.The RoleAs Planner, you''ll be responsible for developing, managing and monitoring project programmes to ensure successful delivery from pre-construction through to completion.Working closely with project managers, commercial teams, subcontractors and clients, you''ll play a key role in supporting programme performance, identifying risks and ensuring projects are delivered safely and efficiently.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop detailed project programmes from tender stage through to completion.Monitor progress against agreed programmes and key milestones.Identify potential delays, risks and opportunities.Work closely with project teams to develop mitigation strategies.Prepare progress updates and programme reports.Support tender submissions and pre-construction planning.Liaise with clients, subcontractors and internal stakeholders.Assist with project forecasting and programme reviews.Ensure compliance with contractual requirements.About YouWe''re looking for an experienced ..... full job details .....
