      <description>Location: Cardiff | Salary: &amp;pound;45000 - &amp;pound;60000/annum | Type: Permanent | As a Planner, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining schedules for engineering, procurement, and construction projects. Working closely with various teams and stakeholders to ensure timely completion of activities and adherence to project timelines.   Responsibilities     Develop and manage construction programmes that are realistic, achievable, and contractually compliant.   Produce, submit, and maintain NEC3/NEC4 programmes in line with contractual requirements.   Monitor progress on site, identify delays, and collaborate with site teams to implement mitigation strategies.   Review compensation events and variations, producing robust programme evidence to support contractual claims.   Provide programme-related input into cost and resource planning for the commercial teams.   Communicate clear, accurate progress updates and forecasts to stakeholders, internal teams, and clients.   Develop tender programmes to support competitive preconstruction submissions.   Build strong relationships with operational teams and key stakeholders.
