Working within a live MOD facility, you will play a key role in developing and managing construction programmes, supporting successful tenders and driving project delivery. Working closely with project teams, estimators, clients and subcontractors, you will take ownership of programmes from tender through to completion. Primavera P6 and 4D software training will be provided where required. Key Responsibilities: Develop construction and tender programme strategies. Build and maintain detailed programmes from first principles, including resource and cost loading. Interpret tender documentation and contribute to bid-winning strategies. Advise on construction methods, sequencing and buildability. Coordinate with estimators, project teams and operational colleagues. Produce programme narratives, phasing plans, reports and tender submissions. Manage short-term planning, monitor progress and report against project milestones.
