Planner - Highways

This high-profile contractor has a strong reputation for delivering projects valued between 1m- 9m for National Highways and multiple local authorities and offers a strong pipeline of work as well as excellent opportunities for career progression and professional development. As part of their continued growth, they are actively seeking a Planner to join their team.This is a full-time permanent position based out of their Brentwood office with hybrid and flexible working.Your new role As a Planner, you will be a key contributor to the successful delivery of civil engineering and infrastructure projects, with responsibilities including:Producing, developing and maintaining construction programmes from first principles using works information and drawingsManaging and updating short-term and long-term programmes to reflect progress, change and riskLeading on daily scheduling and planning activities to support efficient project deliveryWorking closely with site teams to understand construction methodologies and sequencingSupporting the commercial team by substantiating change, ensuring robust records and supporting evidence are maintainedContributing to NEC contract processes, including early warnings, impacted programmes and Clause 62 assessmentsIdentifying potential delays and risks, proposing mitigation measures to protect programme outcomesLiaising with ..... full job details .....
