Manage integrated programmes across multiple projects. Produce cost and resource-loaded schedules. Monitor progress, identify programme risks and develop recovery plans. Support NEC3/NEC4 contract administration and programme impact assessments. Provide accurate reporting, forecasting and programme analysis.
