Repairs Planner (Temp to Perm)
Location: Ealing (Office-Based)
Pay Rate: £16.91 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading repairs and maintenance contractor for an experienced Repairs Planner to join their busy team based in Ealing. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity for someone with strong organisational skills and experience in scheduling within a fast-paced environment.

The Role:
As a Repairs Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repair works, ensuring operatives are efficiently allocated, and maintaining excellent communication with tenants and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Scheduling and planning repair and maintenance appointments
• Allocating jobs to operatives based on location, skillset, and priority
• Managing diaries and ensuring maximum productivity
• Liaising with tenants, clients, and operatives to provide updates
• Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional manner
• Updating internal systems with accurate job information

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a planning/scheduling role (ideally within repairs, maintenance, or social housing)
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Good IT skills and experience using scheduling systems
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
