Allocate work to appropriate operatives and specialist contractors based on skills, availability and location. Ensure appointments are arranged within required service timescales. Monitor outstanding jobs and proactively identify potential delays. Coordinate follow-on works where further repairs or treatment are identified. Ensure work orders contain accurate and relevant information for operatives. Update repairs management systems with appointment, job and completion information. Liaise with surveyors and operational teams to ensure appropriate works are planned. Damp & Mould Case Management Monitor damp and mould cases from initial instruction through to completion. Ensure jobs are appropriately categorised and prioritised. Track inspections, treatment, remedial works and any required follow-up visits.
