      <description>Location: Winchester | Salary: &amp;pound;17.84/hour | Type: Contract | Repairs Planner - Temp to Perm Location: Winchester Pay: -17.84 per hour Contract: Temp to Perm  We''re looking for a  Repairs Planner  to join a busy team in Winchester on a temp-to-perm basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident speaking to customers and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.   Key Responsibilities    Schedule and coordinate repairs and maintenance jobs.  Handle incoming calls and customer queries.  Complete general administration and accurately update systems.  Coordinate operatives and ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently.  Support the mobilisation of new contracts.  Liaise with customers, contractors and internal teams.  Manage multiple priorities and ensure repairs are booked within required timescales.    About You    Previous scheduling, repairs, housing, facilities or customer service experience is desirable.  Strong organisational and administration skills.  Confident handling calls and dealing with customers.  Good IT skills and attention to detail.  Able to manage a busy workload and work to deadlines.  Positive, proactive and able to problem-solve.</description>
