You will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling repairs and maintenance works, ensuring jobs are allocated efficiently to the appropriate operatives and completed within agreed timescales.   Key Responsibilities    Plan and schedule responsive repairs and maintenance works.  Allocate jobs to operatives and contractors based on location, skills and availability.  Manage diaries and workloads to ensure appointments are met.  Liaise with tenants, residents, operatives and contractors to arrange and confirm appointments.  Monitor outstanding repairs and follow up on delayed or incomplete works.  Deal with queries and resolve scheduling issues quickly and effectively.
