Lead Planner – Permanent – London – Up to £65,000 Per Annum – 5 Days Onsite
(With travel to West London project sites)
We’re seeking a highly skilled Lead Planner to work for our client, who is a leading provider of mobile infrastructure-as-a-service, delivering high-quality connectivity solutions across the UK, the Netherlands and Ireland.
You’ll be working on a prestigious, large-scale programme within a leading telecommunications business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Planner to play a pivotal role, working directly alongside the Sales Director as their right-hand person.
This role is fully on-site in central London and will require some travel to key project sites in West London, as you support a high-profile, business-critical programme.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary support to the Sales Director, ensuring smooth delivery of programme objectives.
- Oversee all project related activities including governance, project tracking, and reporting.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans using P6 Primavera, MS Project and JIRA.
- Prepare and deliver high-quality reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
- Ensure all stakeholders are kept informed of progress, risks, and key milestones.
- Maintain a 360-degree awareness of the programme’s status at all times.
Skills & Experience Required:
- Proven experience as a Lead Planner within large-scale projects/programmes.
- Strong technical skills in P6 Primavera, MS Project, JIRA, and Excel.
- Exceptional ability to produce reports and present key findings to stakeholders.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills – able to influence at senior levels.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing complex project environments.
