Social Housing Planner

Location: Trafford, Manchester

Salary: £29,000 per annum

Leave: 28 days annual leave + bank holidays

Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule housing maintenance and repair works

• Liaise with contractors, tenants, and internal teams to ensure timely service delivery

• Monitor performance data and contribute to service improvements

• Support housing allocation and tenancy management processes

• Respond to resident queries with professionalism and empathy

• Experience in housing, planning, or scheduling roles (social housing sector preferred)

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Familiarity with housing management systems and Microsoft Office
