Job Title: Senior PlannerLocation: North West - Travels across Liverpool, Manchester, Leeds and Newcastle For this role you must possess the following:Proven experience as a Senior Planner (5+ Years)Strong Tier 1 main contractor background (5+ Years)Design and Build project experience is essentialExtensive experience using ASTA PowerprojectExperience producing and managing construction programmes from tender through to project completionExperience working on projects valued up to 50 millionStrong knowledge of construction sequencing, planning methodologies, and programme managementExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsFull UK Driving LicenceDutiesProduce, develop and manage detailed construction programmes using ASTA PowerprojectWork closely with pre-construction, commercial, design and operational teams to develop robust project programmesManage Design and Build programmes from tender stage through to project completionSupport multiple live projects across the North West, depending on project size and complexityMonitor project progress against programme and identify potential risks and delaysDevelop mitigation strategies and recovery programmes where requiredAttend project progress meetings and provide planning support to project teams and senior managementProduce regular programme updates, reports and critical path analysisCoordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams to ensure programme objectives are achievedEnsure projects ..... full job details .....
