Planned Works SurveyorSalary: £36,000 - £42,000 + £5,000 market supplementContract: Full-time, Permanent (37 hours)Location: Devon, Hybrid working and flexible hours availableHours: Full-time, 37 hours per weekRole Overview This role is focused on delivering planned investment programmes that improve the quality, safety and sustainability of the housing stock. You will manage planned and cyclical maintenance projects from specification through to completion, ensuring works are delivered to a high standard, within budget and in compliance with all relevant legislation. The role combines technical surveying, contract management and resident liaison to deliver excellent outcomes for tenants.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver planned and cyclical maintenance programmes across the housing stockPrepare specifications, schedules of work, tender documentation and contract information for planned maintenance and improvement projectsProcure, manage and monitor contractors and consultants delivering planned worksCarry out site inspections during and after works to ensure quality, compliance and value for moneyEnsure projects comply with current legislation, including CDM Regulations, Building Regulations and health and safety requirementsMonitor contractor performance, programme delivery and budget expenditureMaintain accurate property, project and asset management records and produce performance reports where requiredLiaise with tenants and leaseholders, ensuring they are kept informed ..... full job details .....
