You will manage planned and major works contracts from inception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. You will also ensure compliance with contractual obligations, CDM 2015, health and safety legislation and relevant statutory requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage and monitor planned maintenance and major works programmes. Oversee contract administration, budgets, expenditure, variations and contractor performance. Undertake site inspections to ensure quality, progress and compliance with specifications. Ensure properties meet WHQS requirements and applicable building standards. Monitor compliance with CDM 2015, including health and safety documentation, risk assessments and construction phase plans.
