The successful candidate will manage works from initial inspection through to completion, ensuring all works are delivered safely, efficiently, within budget and to the required quality standards. Key Responsibilities Undertake pre-, WIP and post-inspections, diagnosing defects and identifying appropriate remedial works. Prepare specifications, scopes of work, reports and supporting documentation. Raise and manage works orders for contractors and operational teams. Monitor contractor performance, quality, expenditure, variations and KPIs. Manage SOR coding and non-SOR quotations and works.
