Planned Works Surveyor

Currently working with a client in Hampshire currently recruiting for a Planned Works Surveyor position with a focus on delivering kitchen/bathroom projects as well as retrofit schemes on existing buildings.
The most ideal candidates will have a history of working within the public sector to oversee projects from inception to completion.
Responsibilities

• Ensure all projects are on time and within budget
• Oversee all works from inception to completion
• Report progress to line manager

Requirements

• Experience in leading small and large scale projects
• Not essential but relevant degree or HNC/HND

Package

• 6+-month contract
• Negotiable rate DOE
• Potential for hybrid work programmes
• Potential for extension or permanent position based on performance
