Location: Coventry
Rate: -25 per hour (temporary) / -52,000 per annum once permanent (negotiable)
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Benefits: Van and Fuel card provided plus additional employee benefits once perm, Van and Fuel supplied from Temporary

Planned Works Supervisor Key responsibilities

• Supervising 10-15 tradesman working on a kitchen and bathroom contract
• Monitoring and managing the schedule of works.
• Ordering and collecting materials as needed.
• Ensuring high standards of health and safety.
• Liaising with contract managers to support smooth project delivery.

Planned Works Supervisor Requirements

• Strong background in social housing repairs and maintenance.
• Proven experience managing teams and delivering projects on time.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• SSSTS or SMSTS (Essential)
• Have in date health and safety qualifications
