Are you an experienced Planned Works Manager looking for your next opportunity within Social Housing?

I''m working with a leading contractor who is looking to appoint a Planned Works Manager to oversee the delivery of a long-term planned maintenance contract across the Evesham area.

This is a great opportunity to take ownership of a busy contract, managing operational delivery from start to finish. You''ll lead site teams and subcontractors, build strong client relationships, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

You''ll be responsible for:

• Managing the day-to-day delivery of planned works.
• Leading Site Managers, Supervisors and subcontractors.
• Ensuring quality, programme and H&S standards are met.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
• Driving performance and delivering an excellent customer experience.

What we''re looking for:

• Experience managing planned works contracts within Social Housing.
• Strong operational and people management skills.
• A track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

Package:

• £50,000 salary
• £5,000 car allowance
